Lederne's Mentoring Program

Lederne's mentoring program is a dynamic initiative developed in collaboration with CoachTeam, combining personal development, practical leadership, and strategic thinking. It aims to help leaders grow by providing a safe arena for sparring, sharing, and receiving advice on challenges in their daily leadership roles.

Program Overview

The program involves:

  • An experienced member (mentor) sharing their skills, expertise, and experience with another member (adept/mentee).

For Adepts (Mentees)

The program targets promising leaders who wish to:

  • Accelerate their leadership development
  • Seek new perspectives on leadership
  • Desire an experienced sparring partner on their leadership journey

As an adept, you will receive:

  • A dedicated mentor tailored to your development goals
  • Concrete tools for effective leadership
  • Access to a valuable network of leaders
  • The opportunity to explore new aspects of your leadership style
  • Increased self-awareness and decisiveness in your leadership role

For Mentors

The program is designed for experienced leaders who want to:

  • Share their experience and expertise
  • See the value in developing future leaders
  • Develop themselves by guiding others

As a mentor, you will receive:

  • Thorough training in the mentor role
  • New perspectives on your own leadership
  • Strengthened competence in coaching and guidance
  • The opportunity to shape the next generation of leaders
  • Valuable experience that strengthens your own leadership role

Program Structure

The program includes:

  • Three intensive physical gatherings (each two days)
  • Two targeted digital gatherings (each four hours)
  • Monthly mentor-adept meetings of two hours, which can be digital and are mutually agreed upon

Participants will have their travel and accommodation covered for all physical gatherings. To participate, one must have been a member of Lederne for at least one year. The program is based on voluntary work, and mentors receive no compensation.
