Uniwersytet Warszawski
The program includes a series of meetings lasting several months between a person with more experience (Mentor) and a person with less experience (student – Mentee), in previously selected pairs (Mentor + Mentee), within a specific structure, time frame, goals, rules and responsibilities. The program allows students to develop in a chosen area and plan their professional career more consciously.
