Mentoring Program Overview

The Mentoring Program is based on an informal relationship that the Mentor establishes with the Mentee.

Roles and Responsibilities

Mentor: An experienced employee, a specialist with high professional competences who wants to share their knowledge and experience.

Mentee: A student of the University of Wrocław who is ready to develop their professional interests and improve interpersonal competences.

Program Structure

An organizational meeting is planned for the Mentors before they start working with their Mentees.
Substantive support will be provided in the form of a manual.
