Aspiring Talents Mentorship Program

Kearney’s Copenhagen office runs an annual mentoring programme for students who want to learn more about management consulting and develop their professional skills.

Programme structure

Participants are paired with experienced Kearney consultants for one-to-one mentoring and also take part in interactive workshops and activities that provide insight into life at the Copenhagen office.

Target group

The programme is aimed particularly at undergraduate students and first-year Master’s students who are considering a career in management consulting.
