FEMME – Female Mentorship Programme
FEMME is Eden McCallum’s mentoring programme for female students interested in strategy consulting. It focuses on personal development, career exploration and understanding consulting.
Programme structure
Each mentee works with an experienced mentor on a personal learning goal. Participants also receive a buddy from the Analyst Programme and access to workshops, social activities and recruitment events at the Amsterdam office.
Purpose
The programme aims to encourage more women to consider careers in strategy consulting and provides a personal network of mentors, peers and consultants.
