Mentorprogrammet - kull 5 is a mentoring programme or scheme by Medienettverket / Mediebedriftenes Landsforening (MBL) for leaders and emerging leaders in the media industry.

Programme and structure

Cohort 5 opens in 2026 and runs for ten months. Around 140 media leaders have participated in the programme since 2018.
