Globale Sandefjord - Mentorprogram is a mentoring programme or scheme by Globale Sandefjord / Sandefjord Næringsforening for participants with international backgrounds admitted to Globale Sandefjord.

The fourth round is running in 2026 with around ten mentors. The programme lasts four months and calls for at least two individual meetings per month.
