NTNU Mentorprogram for kvinner i førsteamanuensis- og førstelektorstillinger is a mentoring programme or scheme by NTNU for women in associate professor and senior lecturer positions at NTNU seeking to qualify for promotion.

Programme and structure

The programme has room for 20 mentees and 20 mentors matched across disciplines. It includes 10-12 mentor-mentee meetings, four joint meetings and separate meetings for mentors and mentees.
