FEMP – Female Empowerment Peer Mentoring

A six-month peer mentoring program supporting women in project and change management.

Program Structure

The second cohort ran from January to June 2026 with 24 participants. The program works in small groups that meet regularly, share experience and support professional and personal growth.

Mentees: Women in project management, change management and related professional fields.
