Mentoring Program Overview
The program includes a series of meetings lasting several months between:
- Mentor: A person with more experience
- Mentee: A person with less experience
These meetings take place in previously selected pairs (Mentor + Mentee) and are structured within a specific framework that includes:
- Defined time frame
- Clear goals
- Established rules
- Defined responsibilities
The program allows students to:
- Develop in a chosen area
- Plan their professional career more consciously
