Dansk Atletik Mentorprogram
Mentoring programme by Dansk Atletik for coaches in Danish Athletics clubs aged 18-35 who want to develop their professional and personal coaching competencies.
Programme structure
The 2026 pilot is a nine-month programme running from January to September. Participants are matched in mentoring pairs, with mentoring conversations, online workshops and group sessions.
