Ung Arena Trondheim Mentoring Program
Ung Arena Trondheim offers an exclusive mentoring program for its members, aiming to share experiences, inspire, learn from, and spar with each other.
Program Overview
At the beginning of each calendar year, ambitious talents are connected with experienced mentors from the business community. The program includes:
- 3-4 joint meetings annually for mentor pairs
- Focus on experience exchange and networking
The mentor responsible at Ung Arena also follows up with each mentor pair individually. The frequency of meetings is decided by the mentor pairs themselves, but both parties are expected to regularly set aside time for each other.
Participation Costs
Participation in the program costs NOK 2,500, a fee that is entirely used to develop the mentor program and facilitate joint meetings with professional content.
About the Mentors
Mentors are experienced professionals from various fields, including:
- Communication
- Banking and finance
- Business development
- Leadership
- Law
Examples of mentors include:
- Founders and general managers
- Heads of sales and advisory
- Associate professors
- Professional mentors
They contribute with their broad experience, foster open discussions, and provide new perspectives, with a focus on:

Target Audience
The program targets young, talented, and ambitious members of Ung Arena. Applicants must submit an application with:
- A motivation letter
- A CV
- A description of their goals for participation
- Expectations of the mentor
- What they can contribute themselves
It is also possible to include preferences for specific mentors.
Mentor Qualifications
Experienced mentors from the business community, with at least 5-7 years of experience and recognized expertise in:
- Leadership
- Strategy
- Communication
- Business development
- Law
