BDO Kickstart Mentoring Program
The BDO Kickstart mentoring program is designed for ambitious and eager-to-learn students in their third year of study who want to challenge themselves, find their inner consultant, and build a network and expertise in case solving and presentation techniques.
This program spans 10 months, from September to June, and is structured to provide a comprehensive development experience. It combines:
- Practical case solving
- Interactive workshops
- Individual one-on-one mentor conversations
- Fun team-building activities
- Social gatherings
This diverse content ensures that students receive a wide range of learning and development opportunities.
Program Highlights
The program includes three physical gatherings, one of which is an inspiring kick-off at Fyri Resort in Hemsedal. Here, participants tackle real-world case assignments combined with outdoor activities in nature.
In addition to joint sessions, participants will have three individual mentor conversations. BDO matches each student with a suitable mentor to maximize the learning outcome.
