Women in Law Foundation's Mentoring Programme
The Women in Law Foundation's mentoring programme was established to support the development and career acceleration of young female lawyers. Through mentoring, we aim to provide valuable opportunities for both mentees and mentors.
Objectives of the Programme
Through this programme, we want mentees to:
- Gain access to mentorship from experienced female lawyers.
- Develop their professional skills and knowledge.
- Receive guidance on navigating their legal careers.
In turn, mentors will also have the chance to:
- Learn new insights into the legal industry from young female law students.
- Be inspired by the younger generation.
- Contribute to the growth and empowerment of future female leaders in law.
