Mentoring Report - survey among Mentors and Mentees

On the Mentiway platform, more than 50 different mentoring programmes have already been delivered to around 2,500 Mentors and Mentees since its founding in 2022. In delivering these programmes as Mentiway, we keep an eye on the progress of the processes, the behaviour of the participants, and gather feedback and lessons learned from Mentors and Mentees. We build our experience, which we use on an ongoing basis to support further programmes. But in line with our mission, we want to share this experience more widely, thereby popularising the idea of mentoring. One of the results of such activities are our reports and studies, including our latest report: Mentoring through the eyes of people participating in mentoring programmes.
