Reverse

The Reverse mentoring program is a process of exchanging experiences and knowledge between people from different generations. Here, the Mentors are young experts from the technology industry, and the Mentees are mature managers, business owners, who want to broaden their horizons and develop in the area of new technologies.

The Mentoring Program is based on an informal relationship that the Mentor establishes with the Mentee. An organizational meeting is planned for the Mentors before they start working with their Mentees and substantive support in the form of a manual.
