The Mentoring Program is based on an informal relationship that the Mentor establishes with the Mentee. The Mentor is an experienced employee, a specialist with high professional competences who wants to share their knowledge and experience. The Mentee is a student of the University of Wrocław who is ready to develop their professional interests and improve interpersonal competences. An organizational meeting is planned for the Mentors before they start working with their Mentees and substantive support in the form of a manual.
