Goal setting - comprehensive version
When to use:
- At the beginning of the mentoring relationship
- To contract a goal, goals for the process
- When the Mentee needs support in setting goals for others
Props:
- A4 sheet
- Colored markers / highlighters
- Virtual board, in case of remote work (e.g.: Miro, Mural)
Instructions:
Stage 1
Define the goal according to the following steps (It will be useful to fill in the table):

State your goal without denial. State your goal positively. Focus on your aspirations, not your limitations. |
